We'll also ask for this information at the beginning of our session so we can tailor your color analysis to your tastes. For this reason, results may differ from one analyst to another. A lack of conviction can also stem from insufficient explanation or precision from the consultant. The goal of color analysis is to discover something together, not to be frustrated or confused. In some cases, clients may be disappointed with their results because they expected something different or hadn't previously realized that certain colors are less flattering to their natural palette. This is understandable. Nevertheless, I would never tell you that you "can't" wear a color you love if it makes you happy! The psychology of color is, after all, very real. I also think this is why many people who request a "virtual" analysis are often disappointed or not entirely convinced, as the result can lack subtlety.

Karen Brunger's 23-season color theory adds further precision to the 12 and 16 system; that is, it doesn't entirely contradict them but goes further in sub-categorizing color characteristics. Her system even recognizes that some colors can suit everyone— that is, completely neutral shades. (but no, not black!) By using 23 seasons, we can identify undertones and temperature variations with greater precision, allowing us to recommend colors that perfectly complement each client's complexion.

It's clear to me that my service offers significantly greater personalization and precision compared to the traditional 16-season system, and especially the 12-season system. In any case, even if I give you your palette from the 23 possible options, I'll still provide the equivalent 16-season system to facilitate your consultation of online resources, which rarely discuss the 23-season system, or in case you only see a slight difference in certain colors!
