- I have three children that I have to take care of in the evenings and on weekends;

- I also work as a doctor, so my availability is limited;

- I prefer to do my colorimetry during the day when the outside light is bright and sufficient to see your natural color and obtain the most reliable results possible.

I might occasionally offer weekend or evening appointments if it's a busy period, but this will be very rare. As you've probably guessed, my availability is limited because color analysis is a hobby for me; if you want to book an appointment and see a slot that works for you, take it. Otherwise, write to me or add yourself to the waiting list to be notified when I open up my next slots or if another client cancels.

Our rates include taxes, and payment is made online upfront when you book your time slot. You choose your payment method.

We want to ensure that every appointment is taken seriously; a deposit guarantees your commitment to the reserved time. We know that advance payment helps limit the risk of last-minute cancellations, which is crucial given our limited availability. However, we do refund this deposit in full if the appointment is cancelled more than 48 hours in advance, as this usually allows us to find another time slot for you.

Currently, there are no special promotions planned. We believe the established price reflects the exclusivity and quality of our services. It is also understood that we will take the necessary time to ensure the accuracy of your results, we will never feel rushed!

If you have a session for two people, you will each receive a free add-on of morphology or makeup of your choice!

We also offer credit for future services (post color analysis or body shape analysis) when you refer a client to us. We greatly appreciate your support of our small business and know that word-of-mouth is important. Simply write to us to refer your friend.

Even though I frequently double-check my calendars, there can sometimes be scheduling conflicts between what was online and existing bookings (or things scheduled in my personal or work calendars). That's why my platform is organized as a booking request so I can ensure there are no mistakes. If the requested time slot is no longer available, you will be notified immediately, and I will do my best to find a suitable date for you, so don't worry!

Furthermore, for safety reasons, consultations for men are offered only when I am not alone (my husband or other trusted person will be present) since my consultations take place at my residential address.
