By booking your appointment with us it is assumed that you consent to all of our studio policies, so please take the time to review them as needed.
Do remember that our appointments are in-person only ! The address will be sent to you about a week before the consultation. We are located in Saint-Lambert, Quebec, Canada.
Availability is typically released 4 to 6 weeks in advance. If you are subscribed to our newsletter or follow us on Instagram, you will be notified as soon as new time slots are opened.You can also follow us on Instagram or Facebook to stay informed about occasional last-minute openings. These are shared via stories at the top of the page so they are easy to spot. We do not send these updates by email in order to avoid overloading your inbox. Let us know if you really want us to let you knoe personally should any cancellations or new openings arise.
Yes, absolutely. We offer color analysis sessions for two people, which are often enjoyed between friends, as a mother–daughter experience, or as a couple. We do request that the duo books the same type of session, however, to ensure a better flow during the consultation.At the moment, we do not offer sessions for three people, simply because the studio space does not allow us to maintain the level of comfort and precision we aim for.To book, simply select the “color analysis for two” option from our booking page and choose your preferred session type from the dropdown menu.The price is not reduced, but the session duration is adjusted to ensure each person receives the time and attention required.This format allows you to share the experience while maintaining a precise and personalized analysis.
Unfortunately, the general rule is no, and for several reasons:- I don't work evenings because I prefer to do color analysis during the day when the natural light is bright and sufficient to see your natural color and obtain the most reliable results possible.- I have three young children to care for in the evenings and on weekends;- I also work as a doctor, so my availability is limited.Exceptionally, I may offer weekend sessions, for example, for events, but this is very rare. If you can't find a suitable time slot among those listed, you can contact me so I can notify you when new slots open up or if another client cancels, follow me on social media, or subscribe to my newsletter.I sincerely hope you can find a time that works for you, but I have to limit my availability. Yes, of course! It is possible to purchase a gift certificate online to offer at a later time. They are very well appreciated — whether the person is familiar with color analysis or not, it is always a wonderful discovery for clients.You will find the link to purchase gift certificates here.When placing your order, you will be able to specify who should receive the certificate. If you prefer to receive it yourself so you can gift it personally, that is absolutely possible.The recipient simply needs to keep the code in order to apply the value of the gift certificate at checkout when booking their session (see image below).Don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions!
Our rates include taxes, and payment is made online upfront when you book your time slot. You choose your payment method.
Currently, there are no special promotions planned. We believe the established price reflects the exclusivity and quality of our services. It is also understood that we will take the necessary time to ensure the accuracy of your results, we will never feel rushed!If you have a session for two people, you will each receive a free add-on of morphology or makeup of your choice!We also offer credit for future services (post color analysis or body shape analysis) when you refer a client to us. We greatly appreciate your support of our small business and know that word-of-mouth is important. Simply write to us to refer your friend.
We want to ensure that every appointment is taken seriously; a deposit guarantees your commitment to the reserved time. We know that advance payment helps limit the risk of last-minute cancellations, which is crucial given our limited availability. However, we do refund this deposit in full if the appointment is cancelled more than 48 hours in advance, as this usually allows us to find another time slot for you.Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in providing timely and professional service!
If you would like to change your booking more than 48 hours before your appointment, no problem. Send us an email or modify your appointment directly in the confirmation email you received after you booked online with us.
Write to me if you would like to change the nature of your consultation, and I will be happy to assist you. It is important to be clear about your needs! Furthermore, it is not possible to completely modify the service booked once the consultation has begun. Thank you for your understanding.
Generally, I can accommodate short extensions if time allows, but this can never be guaranteed. It depends on the time of your appointment, your punctuality, and how easily we establish your color palette. It's always ideal to book your option in advance so I can prepare. If you have any questions about our options, please don't hesitate to contact me. Otherwise, I'll do my best to accommodate you during the session.
It is important to notify us at least 48 hours in advance of any cancellation so that we can issue a refund. As our availability is limited, this allows us to offer your reserved time slot to another client. We hope you understand that the strict aspect of our policy is to prevent abuse by clients who are less respectful of our time. We hope we never have to use it!1. Any cancellation or modification of an appointment made less than 24 hours in advance will be considered a late cancellation and will incur a fee equal to 100% of the total booking price, charged to the registered card. If the booking is cancelled between 24 and 48 hours before the appointment time, 50% of the consultation fee will be retained.2. A delay will result in a reduction of the appointment time or the number of questions that can be asked.3. Any unjustified absence or late arrival (more than 30 minutes late) will be considered a missed appointment and will result in a charge equivalent to 100% of the total price of the initial reservation, billed to the client.4. In the event of exceptional and unforeseen circumstances occurring within 24 hours prior to the appointment, late cancellation fees may be assessed on a case-by-case basis, at my discretion.5. All promotions and discounts apply only to appointments that are kept. In case of no-show, the full price will be charged and the discount will not apply.6. Consultation fees are non-refundable, even if the client is not satisfied with the results. I will, of course, do my best to answer your questions and address any concerns you may have!7. Payment must be made when booking the time slot in order for the appointment to be confirmed.8. In the event of a payment failure, the customer agrees to immediately provide another means of payment.
The client understands that the personalized color consultation is for informational and educational purposes only. Results and recommendations are based on a professional analysis, but no specific outcome can be guaranteed.You must confirm that you have read this entire policy before accepting your appointment. By checking the box indicating your consent, you will be agreeing to:1. The consultation is voluntary and the client is responsible for the use he makes of the information provided.2. Our studio is not responsible if the client is dissatisfied with the results or recommendations of their color analysis.3. Our studio is not responsible for allergic reactions, skin sensitivities or personal choices that the client makes regarding color, makeup or fashion recommendations.4. The consultation ends at the end of the appointment, and the client understands that no further personal recommendations (e.g., asking if specific makeup products or clothing suit them) will be provided through external communication (e.g., Instagram direct messages, email) after the session has ended, unless a post-colorimetry consultation service has been booked later.You also agree to have read our policies regarding cancellation, support, intellectual property and respect for the premises.
1. Appointments are reserved for the client who booked the session . Only one accompanying person is allowed per appointment, unless a package for two people has been booked; in this case, no additional accompanying persons are allowed.2. If the client is a minor, they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, who may remain in the studio during the consultation.3. Pets are not allowed in the studio because my children are allergic to them.4. Children are welcome, provided you understand that the consultation time must remain the same. I understand the need to balance self-care with childcare. However, it is important that your child is able to entertain themselves or remain quiet during the consultation; otherwise, I will not be able to conduct your consultation properly. Furthermore, clients are responsible for any damage caused to the studio's equipment, furniture, or property. If color analysis tools, curtains, lighting, or any other professional equipment is damaged through negligence or misuse, the client will be responsible for the full cost of replacement.Failure to comply with these rules, including any disruptive, disrespectful or inappropriate behavior, may result in the termination, cancellation or suspension of the appointment, and the client(s) may be asked to leave the premises.I reserve the right to apply this policy. In this case, the full service fee (100%) will be charged to the registered card if the consultation is terminated before the scheduled end time.
1. Eating in the studio is prohibited due to the risk of exposure to allergens for other clients (and my children) and the need to maintain the space and equipment.2. Respect the premises by keeping them clean and tidy during your visit.3. You are asked to remove your shoes in the house.4. Limit distractions by putting your phone on silent mode during the consultation.5. Pay attention to odors and avoid wearing perfumes or strong fragrances out of courtesy to others.Failure to comply with these rules, including any disruptive, disrespectful or inappropriate behavior, may result in the termination, cancellation or suspension of the appointment, and the client(s) may be asked to leave the premises.I reserve the right to apply this policy. In this case, the full service fee (100%) will be charged to the registered card if the consultation is terminated before the scheduled end time.
It should be noted that several of the sequences and parts of our consultations are protected by law through multiple Cocory patents, which explains why there are few details about Cocory online.For this reason:1. Photography and recording are only permitted with the consultant's approval at designated times.2. Some documents used during the consultation are protected by copyright and cannot be photographed.3. Customers are encouraged to take photos at designated times and to check before doing so.Failure to comply with these conditions may result in the premature termination of the consultation, the cancellation of future services and, where appropriate, legal action by Studio Écru or Cocory Color Inc.
All materials created, published, or distributed by Studio Écru, whether physical or digital, are protected by copyright and remain the exclusive intellectual property of Studio Écru. Therefore, I cannot offer any medical advice in this context.Due to strict ethical guidelines from the Collège des Médecins du Québec (Quebec College of Physicians), I am unable to provide medical advice during our consultations. I also cannot respond to any inquiries submitted through this website regarding my medical expertise. Thank you for respecting this important restriction. Furthermore, it is not permitted to use the studio's contact information to contact me for medical advice. Any messages or calls made for this purpose will not be answered. I will not be held responsible for the consequences of any unanswered medical questions submitted through Studio Écru. My services are offered in English and French. I can get by in Spanish and Vietnamese, although not perfectly.I welcome and respect people of all cultures and genders. Please let me know if there are any preferences you may have during the consultation, such as how you would like me to address you, or if you are uncomfortable. I will do my best to accommodate you within reason.For safety reasons, consultations for men are only offered when I am not alone, as my consultations take place at my home address.
