Read this before booking
Important: To avoid any scheduling conflicts (my schedule is variable), you will receive confirmation of your appointment request from me within 24 hours of booking, including the date and time of your consultation, along with an invoice detailing the services booked. Should I unfortunately have to cancel, you will be notified, and I will do my best to find a time that works for you. To reserve your appointment, you will then be asked to send the exact amount of the consultation via Interac e-Transfer to catherine@studioecru.ca. We prefer Interac e-Transfers to avoid bank fees. Credit card payments are also possible, subject to a 3% processing fee charged by the booking platform; simply let me know if you need to request this. Thank you for your understanding!
In-person appointments : All our consultations are conducted in person only; we do not offer virtual color analysis. The address of our studio will be provided closer to the date of your consultation.
Meeting duration : We will take all the time necessary to ensure we have the most accurate and precise assessment possible; the indicated duration is therefore only indicative.
Cancellation Policy : Sessions can only be cancelled 48 hours in advance. Without this notice, the session can be rescheduled for a later date. Once completed, the consultation is non-refundable. See our policy for more details here. Please ensure you agree to our studio policies here .
